Relieve PMS mood changes, support hormones & regulate the menstrual cycle with these three nutrients.
Vitamin B6
B6 is a co-factor required for methylation which is responsible for the healthy metabolism of oestrogen. B6 also plays a key role in regulating brain monoamine production and is an immediate precursor of serotonin and dopamine.
Vitamin B6 deficiency can reduce dopamine levels in the kidneys and the consequent increase in sodium excretion can result in fluid retention related to swelling in the extremities, oedema, abdominal bloating and breast tenderness.

Magnesium
Magnesium and other electrolytes have been shown to help control the symptoms of PMS; magnesium deficiency is considered to be an aetiological factor for PMS.
Research shows a correlation between PMS and low serum and red blood cell magnesium levels during the luteal phase.

Zinc
Women with PMS may present with lower concentrations of zinc in the luteal phase than other phases of the menstrual cycle when compared with controls.
Zinc deficiency has been linked to impaired synthesis of FSH and LH, menstrual cycle disruption and impaired reproductive development.
